Within two weeks, consumers may cancel their contract without stating any reason by giving notice in writing (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning the goods. The period commences at the earliest on receipt of the goods. Consumers are deemed to have complied with the cancellation period, if they have dispatched the notice of cancellation or the goods in good time.
